Dispatch Information

We aim to dispatch our orders within 3-5 business days

For the felt flowers we aim to dispatch within 5-7 business days

Due to all products being hand made these estimated times may vary.

Packaging.

We want you to receive your product in perfect condition. To achieve this we use padded envelopes or a small cardboard postage box. Where possible we will re use packaging to continue our ethos on reducing waste.

Returns Policy

Perdys Made with Love provides a 100% quality guarantee on all products. As all of our products excluding Wilberry are hand made to order especially for you, we will happily accept returns if your item is considered faulty, If you think your item is faulty and wish to make a return please email us at info@perdys.co..uk within 3 days of receiving your order, providing photographic evidence of the fault and return it back to use in their original and unused condition within 7 days.
You will be responsible for the postage costs and proof of any returned items. No refunds can be given outside of this 7 day period. There are no exceptions to this policy. No refunds will be given if a product has been damaged or misused.
